How Do I Make Reservations?
To see available rooms and times and to book online instantly, visit our BOOK NOW tab. To book over the phone, please Call 909-458-9111. All rooms must be paid in advance.
What are your hours?
Wed.-Friday: 5:00 pm-11:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday: 12:00 pm-11:00 pm
How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please give us a call during business hours, or send us an email to email@example.com. Please be sure to reschedule or cancel as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Are we locked in? What if we don't get out?
Some of our rooms are in fact unlocked and are mission-based rooms. At all times our staff is watching and able to open the door for you. Players who do not finish or exit the game within the allotted time will not be locked in the room. Once your game is over, we will open the exit door for you.
Is it Scary? Will anyone touch me?
Our two most difficult rooms, Hiker's Refuge and Hunter's Revenge are intended to be suspenseful, and have the potential to scare or startle players. There are no actors in the rooms, and nobody will touch you.
Will there be other people in the room with us?
All of our rooms are private rooms, meaning when you book any spot in the room it becomes private.
Your Room says 8 people max, but we have 10. Can we all fit?
Our games are optimally designed for the number of people listed. However, we can accommodate a couple extra people within reason. Please call or email us and let us know if you want to bring any additional people.
What do I wear to an escape room?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move around in. You may be crouching, moving around in small areas, so we recommend wearing shorts or pants (rather than a dress or skirt).
Are babies allowed?
Our only room with an age limit is Hunter's Revenge. The rest of our rooms have no age limit, though some puzzles may require adult assistance to complete. If your group is all under the age of 18, then a parent or adult will need to be in the room and before gameplay to sign the waiver. Our rooms are family friendly, and we have had many babies play.
Are your rooms wheelchair friendly?
Yes, our rooms can be played from a wheelchair, but we recommend at least 1 player who can help anyone in a wheelchair with hard to reach objects. Some rooms might have crawl spaces, but we have provided alternate routes if you are unable to crawl through.

Where can I park?
We have ample parking along Euclid Avenue right in front of our 2 story building. We also have multiple parking lots around our building if you wish to park there.
Are animals allowed in the room?
Service animals are always welcome, although they may be subject to a few loud noises or music in the rooms; purse pets or any other pet is not.
